Examiner Maayan Tsabari cites in the examiner's report in subsection 12 of the conclusions section the testimony of the eyewitness Israel Zadok regarding the swerving of the defendant's car and regarding his testimony regarding the weather at the time of the lobe that there was no rain.

Examiner Maayan Tsabari testified in court during his main interrogation, that the testimony of the eyewitness Israel Zadok regarding the three times of swerving the defendant's car cannot exist in reality.
"To the court's question, the defense says that you rejected the witness's version, Israel Zadok, what do you have to say about that?
The witness replies: TrueBecause the witness Israel Zadok can't see movement back and forth, here we see a slow video, but in reality it's a two-and-a-half-second driving distance.  I do rely on the witness Ayalon Zadok, and that's why I didn't refer to Ad Israel in the examiner report.
coming from this direction of travel in the video of the vehicle involvedYou can see on the left side parts of the road in the direction of the defendant's car, at night because of the bushes and the terrain, it looks like a flash of lights - a light turns on or off, and therefore I can understand Israel that what he saw he interpreted as a deviation from the lane several times." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, pp.  51-52, paras.  29-33,5-26).

Examiner Maayan was asked in his cross-examinationIf so, why did he not summon the witness Yisrael Zadok and confront him with the fact that his description could not exist in reality, and he testified:
"Because the witness was not interrogated, I don't have to hurl findings at him that I find, I have to refer to the examiner's report or contradict or contradict or quantify the witness's version and contradict it.  As I said in the main interrogation, I did not relate at all to the testimony of the witness Yisrael Zadok, and therefore I see no point in summoning him from Ra'anana to Ashdod just to tell him that he could not see what he saw." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, p.  56, paras.  9-12).
