In the Examiner's Report (P/29)In section 6 - under the heading "Findings and their Significance", the examiner noted the following:
"After the scene of the accident was washed away, fresh grooves were found in the center of the lane of vehicle B, which is oriented vertically/diagonally in the direction of travel. In an examination of the underside of vehicle B, marks of abrasion and asphalt remnants were found on the lower bridge - based on this finding, it can be determined that the collision occurred in the lane of vehicle B."
The examiner also stated in the report in section 11 - Under the heading "Conclusions", in subsection 15, as follows:
"In the center of the lane of vehicle B, fresh and deep cracks were found in the asphalt, and they formed when vehicle B was hit by vehicle A and the vehicle's lower shield came into contact with the road when vehicle B "went down" during the collision.
These grooves indicate that the collision itselfoccurred in the lane of vehicle B."
