"A. Gabi Schlesinger built the entire software with the attachments that are provided on it. He has a database that he gives to those customers who choose to join the service
- What does the database include?
- The combinations he recommends
- In other words, if I understood correctly from all the possible combinations, 16 million Gabi Schlesinger created a pool of less combinations.
- Limited.
- And when the company chooses combinations to fill out in the customer forms, does it choose them from the same database?
- Correct
- And this is the Tzimtzum that you talked about?
- Yes"
- On the face of it, this is not the method of reductions mentioned by Dr. Regev, and in any case it is not known what advantage this respondent offers to customers.
- The terms of engagement with the Respondent indicate that by means of the method, it is possible to "waive the participation of many combinations of numbers whose chances of winning are low from the outset [...] and this is with the intention of increasing the chances of winning."
This description of the method, although not detailed, appears to indicate that the company is making use of a certain pool of combinations, which, according to it, have a higher chance of winning the lottery.
Mr. Chen was confronted with the fact that the expert on his behalf was of the opinion that there were no combinations that had a better chance of winning the lottery. To this he replied (p. 106 of the transcript):
"A. I rely on the National Lottery. The one who creates the whole thing. I have great respect for the professor and agree with him on almost everything. But I have my own judgment that it is not necessarily scientific. If I go to the website of the National Lottery, it itself advertises that there are hot numbers. We will ask what hot numbers are, after all, there are numbers from 1 to 37. We will find out that for him, the hot numbers are the numbers that have risen more over the years than others. This means that the National Lottery maintains that these are numbers that are worth investing in.
