Sapir went on to update Tal that he had checked with Lihi "where it stands and what I can help and promote.  She told me that right now it's...  they're waiting for Racheli, according to her." In another late voice message on October 13,2024, Sapir told Tal, "Dude, I now see that I didn't send you a title deed document.  If you need it, I'll send it to you.  Tell me, uh...  You talked to Racheli about what I supposed...  Did Shalihi say it was with her? ".  To this, Tal replied in a voice message, "I saw, I saw.  Today I sat down with Racheli, we saw the taboo wording, we saw the draft.  I think she asked Lihi to identify the apartment, maybe it will reach you too.  Oh...  everything is moving, everything is fine, she spoke to the buyer, we are moving forward, everything is fine.  The holiday will slow us down, let's see if it is Chol Hamoed, I don't know, but it is in motion." The next day, Tal sent Sapir another voice message, in which he said, "Great, good, everything is positive with us too, we are checking payment terms, how to pay.  Everything is fine.  Great, brother, completely fine" (the messages were attached as Appendix 18 to the plaintiff's exhibits).

On October 15,2024, Tal and Sapir exchanged additional messages regarding the possibility of leaving items of contents in the apartment.  Sapir replied that this depended on the contents items that would be found in the new apartment to which the defendant and Adi would move (Exhibits 19-20 of the plaintiff's exhibits).  At the same time, Tal told Sapir that the delay in signing the agreement with the defendant stemmed from the fact that the plaintiff must first sign an agreement for the sale of her apartment in Kiryat Bialik (paragraph 17 of Tal's affidavit).  In response, Sapir replied, "Oh, okay, I didn't know that.  So in fact, you can't sign yet.  It's as if she hasn't sold the house yet" (p.  92 of the plaintiff's exhibits).

On October 27,2024, at the beginning of the week after the end of the Sukkot holiday, Tal and Sapir worked to coordinate a date for the signing of the contract during that week.  As part of the correspondence between them, Tal wrote, among other things, "Racheli said that she was taking care of her.  I hope we sign this week already, " and "or she will leave it and let them (the lawyers - my addendum) take care of themselves" (Exhibit 26 to the plaintiff's exhibits).
