Biography

Gilad Bar-Ami is senior lawyer at Afik & Co., Attorneys and Notaries fofocusing primarily on commercial law, corporate law, telecommunications law (transactions and regulation), international transactions and imports. Advocate Bar-Ami completed his internship at the high-tech department and the tax department at the Shenhav & Co. Law Offices (formerly Danziger Klagsblad & Co. Law Firm), after the internship, Gilad worked for nearly five years in Pelephone Communications Ltd. (one of Israel’s major cellular phone networks), legal department in a variety of different legal fields (i.e. defense in class action law suits, providing ongoing regulatory counsel, consumer protection and antitrust) with his main focus, in the last years of his work there, being spear heading international transactions. Later on, he headed a law firm he established and which dealt in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, hi-tech companies, import and distribution agreements until joining the office of Afik & Co.
