The Marker: Updates as to the Reifman case

Attached is an article by Hila Raz correspondent published this week in The Marker newspaper that the court rejected a claim in it, as part of the special manager's attacks, Attorney Erez, against Mr Eli Reifman, a personal claim was filed against one of our founding partners, Adv. Doron Epic, in light of the fact that the firm represents Mr. Reifman. In the lawsuit, the Special Director sought to charge Attorney Afikin some of Reifman's duties. This claim forms part of the basis for Eitan Erez's dismissal request, which was filed, inter alia, for Erez's conduct of a personal assault by Reifman's attorneys to exert pressure on Reifman (also cited by the Ethics Committee Complaint and Police Complaint filed against " D. Ezra because of the most serious actions taken, including the court's misconduct and other actions, which resulted in Reifman's imprisonment.) The decision determined that there was no basis for filing the suit against Attorney Afik.
