The article deals with the reactions following the acquittal of Dov Tadmor, former CEO of Discount Investment Corporation (DIC), in the company's securities case. Tadmor's defense attorney, Adv. Yigal Arnon, expresses great satisfaction with the acquittal. In an interview with him, Arnon describes the legal struggle and notes that the main defense argument relied on the fact that at the time, the case law (as in the cases of the Delek and Amisragas companies) determined that there is no obligation to provide the reports of private companies. Arnon praised the panel of judges in the appeal, and especially Judge Berliner, for their deep proficiency in the legal material.

However, criticism was leveled by him and by Adv. Azgad Stern (who represented DIC) against the first instance judge, Judge Rozen; although Rozen acquitted the defendants, it was claimed that his style in the verdict was blunt, unnecessarily harmed the defendants and weakened the outcome of the acquittal. The article also focuses on the work of Adv. Ronit Amir-Yaniv, who worked closely with Adv. Arnon on the case. The article notes that this is the second securities case to end in an acquittal in recent months in which she was involved, following the acquittal of Binyamin Jibli in the Arad case. In addition, her part in the acquittal of Yaakov Nimrodi on several counts is mentioned, which was a significant achievement for her and for the firm. At that time, Ronit Amir-Yaniv was a partner at the Yigal Arnon law firm, and today she is a senior partner at Afik & Co.
