Security Matters Rings the Nasdaq Stock Market Opening Bell – a transaction managed by Afik & Co.

Publication on the NASDAQ website of the "ringing of the bell" event of the SMX (Security Matters) PLC IPO. The IPO of the company (which until recently was traded on the Australian Stock Exchange) was done by delisting it in Australia, relocating the company to Ireland and merging it with the American SPAC Lionheart III in a complex transaction that was also managed through the office of Afik and Co.
The event was attended by the SMX CEO and chairman, the board of directors, board of advisors, business partners and attorney Doron Afik of Afik & Co.
