Status of Ahad Ha'am Hotel and Restaurant Before March (beginning of Corona) The following are the works that have been carried out:

  1. Main contractor - opening a shaft for the chimney, reinforcing the shaft and coordinating consultants to carry out plumbing work;
  2. Hood contractor (Arma Company) All ducts have been manufactured and are awaiting installation including a filtration unit and blowers after final approval from the Ministry of Health and Conservation
  3. Constructor - Performed supreme supervision of the courtship work and openings for the chimney
  4. Merger consultant - has completed plans for a tender for the restaurant awaiting decisions and conservation approval, and has completed an overall planning;
  5. Safety Consultant - Completed a safety plan for the restaurant awaiting preservation approval
  6. Plumbing Consultant - Completed a restaurant plumbing plan awaiting approval from preservation
  7. Electrical consultant - gave general instructions for planning, an electrical consultant entered into execution after completing all plans and approval of conservation
  8. The Ministry of Tourism - approved the hotel plan We went through the stages with them and deposited a guarantee until the conservation approval, so that we could move forward
  9. Conservation was supposed to give instructions regarding all the walls and ceiling. At the moment gave instructions to the chimney and we are waiting for a meeting with them due to the Corona there is a delay
  10. The Ministry of Health - in principle approved the plans for the kitchens (this is a very important approval), the plans for the kitchens and bars were carried out, ready to be executed, and the approval of conservation.

We were in a situation where conservation was supposed to give answers to the execution and accordingly start the restaurant because the restaurant planning is almost finished.  In addition, the permit to change from offices to the hotel is ready and must be submitted.  In order for us to finish a restaurant renovation, we also have to finish the hotel, because all the systems of the hotel go through the restaurant.  Because after the restaurant is renovated we will not be able to move the systems to the first floor (the hotel) - unfortunately the restaurant and the hotel the systems are connected to each other.
