Testimony of N., the deceased's spouse

In her main testimony, the witness testified that the deceased had been her partner for more than six months; that Defendant 1 was a close friend of hers, that they lived next door and that there was also a connection between their families; and that the acquaintance between the deceased and Defendant 1 began through her, but "it is possible that things were going on behind my back that I did not know about."

The witness said that on the day before the incident (26 February 2018), she and the deceased were spending time together, he was supposed to go to work in the evening as a security guard at the Nessia banquet hall and informed his manager that he would be a little late, took her home at about 6:20 P.M. and drove to work; Later they corresponded on WhatsApp and spoke on the phone, and he told her that he would come to her at 7 a.m., take her to work and her nephew to kindergarten, when the last conversation between them was shortly after midnight and she went to bed.  According to her, the next day she woke up at 6:30 a.m., got ready for work, prepared her nephew for a party in the kindergarten, and waited for the deceased but he did not show up, she called him many times and sent him a message, but without a response; She began to worry and was upset, drove to his house, opened the window and called his name, but saw that the house remained as it had been left in the evening and that the deceased's car was not in the parking lot, and began to call the deceased's manager and his friends, including defendant 1.  According to her, defendant 1 did not answer her call and then returned to her, she told him that the deceased had disappeared and that she could not reach him, and he replied that he had not heard from the deceased, and "told me not to worry, my life, they will find him all right, something like that.  I don't remember exactly because a year has passed" (p. 118).

According to her, at a certain point, her father called the deceased's phone and was answered by a guy who said he was at a party in the forest and found the phone next to a burnt car, and offered to meet and hand over the phone to them; Immediately after receiving the phone from him, she contacted the police station and reported that the deceased was missing.
