The deceased and the defendants walked together in the forest and talked about the price of the drug while walking into the forest. At this point, one of the defendants hit the deceased from behind on the head. The force of the blows caused the deceased to fall to the ground and the defendants beat the deceased hard, together, with one of them holding the deceased with both hands in order to prevent his resistance, while the other continued to kick him; The defendants punched and kicked the deceased in the head and body, threw stones at his body, all with the intention of causing the death of the deceased. The deceased groaned in pain, begged for his life and shouted "Enough, help" at them, but the defendants continued to beat him with the intention of causing his death, until he stopped responding.
Defendant 1 began to drag the deceased towards the vehicle, while defendant 2 advanced towards the vehicle and checked its contents. Incidentally, the defendants noticed that the deceased was still breathing and continued to kick him in the head, stomach and chest, until they believed he was dead. The defendants dragged the deceased together towards the vehicle, pulling him with both legs and his body being dragged to the ground; When they reached the car, they picked up the deceased and placed him on the driver's seat on his stomach, with his back to the steering wheel and his head between the two front seat rests of the car, and then derailed the vehicle until it ran into a sewage pit and stopped.
