On February 25, 2018 at 10:35 a.m.,  defendant 1 calls the deceased (call 10-35-27; conversation 3 at 27, pp. 21-23), tells him that he finishes at 7 a.m. in Be'er Sheva and asks if he has "76 gigabyte internet"; the deceased replies that he has 74-76, and that it should be measured (it should be noted that Defendant 1 explained that he used to talk to the deceased in codes about drugs,  In terms of internet speed, and when they said megabytes, they meant grams – g.s.).  Defendant 1 asks the deceased if he works in the evening and the deceased replies that he works at eleven o'clock and that he is lucky.  The deceased asks what about the "big big guy", and defendant 1 replies that he talked to him and that the guy "said yes, he is supposed to bring me next week as well...  To say how much, no, to bring a positive answer"; the deceased says that he does not need a positive answer, that "he should take 100 Mbps, he does not need 500"; and Defendant 1 says that in a week the guy will give him an answer if he takes 250 or 500 from three varieties.  Then they talk about AK-47 and Sativa drugs, and the deceased says that it's not the strongest strain, that it doesn't work with the strongest, but they have the best effect and people love it.

Shortly afterwards, at 10:41  a.m., defendant 1 calls "our neighbor next door" (conversation 10-41-05; conversation 4 of 27, p. 23 – it should be noted that there was a mistake in the transcript of the identification of the speakers), and informs him that today at around 8 o'clock he sees the apartment they wanted to "rent" together, because at eleven o'clock the person goes out to work.  The guy tells defendant 1 that he wants to taste it first, and defendant 1 replies, "At eleven o'clock he starts working, brother, so does that mean we'll more or less arrive at a good home?".  Later, at 5:23  P.M., Defendant 1 calls "We have a neighborhood next door" (call 17-23-50), the guy asks Defendant 1 who gave him his phone, and he replies that he got it, and to other questions he replies that it's from "family" and "your brother's company"; Defendant 1 asks why, and the guy tells him to cancel what they were talking about.
