Immediately afterwards, at 5:24 P.M., defendant 1 calls the deceased (conversation 17-24-47; conversation 16 at 27, p. 36), asks if he starts at eleven, informs him that he finishes at seven and arrives by train at about eight; the deceased tells defendant 1 that before he leaves for work, at around 9:50, he will drop by him, and defendant 1 says that he will already drop by the deceased, because he is passing by someone who lives next to him anyway.
On February 25, 2018, at 5:27 P.M., Defendant 1 calls Defendant 2, whose phone name is "Morty" (Conversation 17-27-57; Conversation 17, Sept. 27, p. 36), and asks him if he is busy today, Defendant 2 replies not so much, and Defendant 1 tells him that he owes him and asks him to come downstairs so that they can talk. At 5:30 P.M., defendant 1 calls his girlfriend Inbal (conversation 17-30-58; conversation 18, p. 37) and at the beginning of the conversation informs her that a friend of his will probably come to them in the evening; and that around one he will have to disappear for half an hour or an hour, and when she asks her if this is about what he told her yesterday, he replies yes. During the conversation, he is heard asking someone to check what is going on with defendant 2 and to tell him to go down before he "takes off" his kappa (P/27, p. 42). At 5:49 P.M., while talking to his girlfriend, Defendant 1 talks to Defendant 2 (in a waiting conversation) who tells him that he is about to get off (Conversation 19 B/27, p. 49). Defendant 1 returns to the conversation with his girlfriend, and at 5:57 p.m., a waiting call comes in again from Defendant 2 (Conversation 20, Pt/27, pp. 54-55), the two are talking about work, and then Defendant 1 asks Defendant 2 if he has a car for the day, Defendant 2 replies in the negative; Defendant 1 tells him that it's problematic because he needs him for something in Sderot "something good, my brother's profits," and suggests that he come by train because "I need you with me today, brother," and they decide to talk later.
