At 18:02 the defendant 1 speaks again with his girlfriend, and during the conversation at 18:09 a waiting conversation begins with the deceased (conversation 18-02-33 from minute 07:02). Defendant 1 tells the deceased that he is coming with someone and asks him if he can arrange for them on a bus from Be'er Sheva to Sderot, and the deceased replies that he is stressed on gas; Defendant 1 says that they want to get to him quickly and that he should check with the person if he has 50 NIS for gas, the deceased says that he is not sure he will be able to get to Be'er Sheva, and Defendant 1 says that he will call him when they are in front of his house and they sit down to talk. Defendant 1 asks the deceased, "Are you Suliko at home today or is she coming to sleep at your place?"The deceased says that maybe it would be better for him to go to Defendant 1, and he replies that it's less appropriate because they have to go to a few more people; the deceased says he might not be alone, and Defendant 1 replies, "We'll see how it works out because we won't go out until around 2 p.m., I'm at my house today, you understand? We cut from person to person." The deceased asks when he is supposed to arrive in Sderot, and defendant 1 replies that he will arrive by train at about 8 o'clock, and will arrive at about 8:30; The deceased offers to pick him up from the train to the house of defendant 1 because he will not be alone today, and defendant 1 replies that he does not need to go home; The deceased finally says that they will just meet at his house, that he will not be alone but that is fine, and defendant 1 tells him that it is problematic for him and he prefers not to.
Later, at 7:47 p.m., the deceased calls Defendant 1 (Conversation 19-47-30; Conversation 28, Bat/27, p. 60), asks where they are, and Defendant 1 informs them that they will arrive in Sderot in half an hour.
The next day, February 26, 2018, at 10:43 A.M., a call was made from Defendant 1's phone to his girlfriend Inbal (call 10-43-15), and Defendant 2's voice was heard telling her to leave the doors open, because a friend of Defendant 1 had to bring him a bag. At 10:53 a.m. (call 10-53-31) defendant 1 calls and asks her if the bag was brought and she says she doesn't know, and to his question if she left the doors open, she replies yes. At 11:06 a.m., defendant 1 calls his girlfriend again (call 11-06-10) and asks if the bag has arrived, and she says there is a bag of Shufersal. At 18:19 defendant 1 receives a call from his neighbor Vera (call 18-19-21), he asks what she thinks about the bag, she asks where it came from and says that he must have knocked someone, defendant 1 says he will tell her at home.
