On February 27, 2018, at around 2:00 P.M., she arrived at the Sderot N. station.from the deceased's girlfriend (hereinafter – N.), and reported that the deceased had left the day before at  6:20 P.M. for his work as a security guard, and had not returned since, and that she had last spoken to him at 1:30 a.m., when he told her that he was finishing work and was returning home.  According to her, she had called him since the morning without answering, and at around 1:30 P.M., a young man answered her who claimed to have found the phone in the Ivim Forest, and she met the young man who gave her the deceased's mobile phone.

Following the report, Meir Abergil,  the investigation coordinator at the Sderot station,  went to the Ivim forest, and at 14:25 located a burnt vehicle, checked the vehicle number with the investigation office, and it turned out that it was the deceased'  s car;He then looked into the car and saw a charred body in the driver's seat, which was not visually identifiable.  At 14:40, Hai Ozer, a VIP officer from Sderot, went to the scene, and an event began; A fire  investigator from the Fire and Rescue Services,  a fire laboratory and a mobile laboratory were called to the scene, and the scene was closed.   A gathering of girls and boys was formed at the scene, and after questioning, the boy who found the phone was located (P/31, P/74).

Already at this stage, investigative activities have begun.  Thus,  the boy was interrogated on the spot.A who found the phone near the burnt car, who said that at around 2:00 p.m., he arrived with friends in the Ivim Forest, and about 50 meters away from where they were sitting saw a burnt car; out of curiosity, he went to the car, and about two meters from the front of the car on the ground, saw an iPhone X, and decided to take it in order to check who the owner was; later, the phone rang, he made an appointment with the person who called and within minutes a young man and a young woman came to him who asked where he had found the phone and if he had also seen a car a Honda, and he told her about the burnt car (P/95).  Hadar Ganot, the manager of the security company where the deceased worked, who arrived at the scene after the deceased's girlfriend informed him that the deceased's car and his phone had been found in the Ivim Forest, were  also interrogated;Asher said that  on February 26, 2018, the deceased worked from 18:00 to 01:47 in the halls of "Nessia" (at the Masmaya-G. junction).Q), he came to visit him at around 00:30 and everything was in order, gave him a check for NIS 2,500 that he had asked for as a loan about a week and a half ago, and NIS 100 in cash for fuel; and added that the deceased was working with a weapon (P/93).
