The witness, Dr. S.  Libiki:Europe.  pollution that comes from the port,         everything

Interpreter, Idit:      The monitoring systems also measure everything that is in the air from any other source.  Including cars, from Europe, from the port, pollution from cars, from Europe, from the port.

In this context, Dr. Goodman testified  as follows:

Adv. Shani:   I repeat what was said, The air monitoring data shows the amount of pollutants in the air, no matter how the pollutants got there.  If they got there as a result of the weather or topography or wind.  What matters is what's in the air, what's in the air where people live(pp. 2482-2483)
