And regarding the mention on page 9 of his 2012 opinion 'A Study of Different Researchers', he did not remember whether he had read the study, he was asked who the researchers were, and he replied "...I don't know how to tell you. What is written here is what I saw" (pp. 244-245).
With regard to the aforementioned in paragraph 10 of his opinion in connection with Dr. Eldad Dan and Shmuel Rishpon, he was asked whether he had read their opinion and he replied: "...No, I don't know. I copied it from somewhere... Chances are I haven't read their reports... They are too detailed" (p. 245).

His opinion given 'in the Kishon case'
- Shlita was presented with the fact that he had given an opinion and testified on behalf of the plaintiffs in the divers' claim (the "Kishon Case") [see Exhibit M/1], and he replied:
