These things are true, as stated, with regard to the relationship between Mr. Dahari and plaintiffs 3-7, and all the more so with regard to the conduct between Mr. Dahari and plaintiffs 1-2.  Mrs. Vyshevsky explicitly admitted, "Shlomo Dahari was not involved in our matter" (p.  1066, s.  26).  Admittedly, according to her, "we started, but afterwards we no longer had anything to do with Shlomo Dahari, only with you" (p.  1067, paras.  5-6; " with you" refers to the transfer of the place of the Goren discussion - my addition).  She further added that the person who presented them with the plots was Mr. Avishai Nitzan (p.  1067, paras.  7-14) and that she did not meet Mr. Dahari at all, but only Mr. Attias met him at the beginning of the process (ibid., paras.  15-25; ibid., pp.  1176, paras.  22-26).  According to her, "I saw him outside, I didn't know who he was at all" (p.  1177, paras.  1-2).  It also confirmed that Mr. Dahari was not involved in the execution of the purchase "in any way" (p.  1177, paras.  9-13).  When asked whether Mr. Dahari showed her or presented her with any matter related to the transaction, she replied "nothing, nothing, nothing" (ibid., para.  15) while confirming that he did not take brokerage fees from her (ibid., paras.  16-19).  She also added that Mr. Dahari "is the best" (p.  1064, question 3) and that "I had no complaints against Dahari" (ibid., question 10).  This explicit admission by Ms. Vyshevsky that Mr. Dahari "was not involved in our matter" (p.  1066, para.  26), is joined by Mr. Attias's claim that after the initial representations made by Mr. Dahari to him, "I understood that I did not intend to purchase land from Avishai or Shlomi" (paragraph 31 of his affidavit) and even demanded from them the expenses of his arrival in Israel (ibid., paragraph 33).  Defendants 1-2 therefore explicitly admitted that Mr. Dahari had no part in the purchase of the plots of land by them, and in fact, only after they became aware that Goren was the seller (paragraph 31 of his affidavit), did Mr. Attias begin a direct conversation with him that ended with the purchase of the plots of land.
