The defendants and one of the conspirators operated on various media networks: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp, and contacted the future examinees in their publications, sometimes hundreds of thousands of people, under pseudonyms and blurred photos as follows, while promising that they could deceive the Ministry of Education and thereby obtain high grades easily and without investment

Thus, defendant 1 established and operated an Instagram account with about a quarter of a million followers, under the pseudonym "nabil_alasmr" and advertised there to potential examinees, that she could help them pass the matriculation exam fraudulently.

For example, the defendants and the other conspirators distributed various publications, in which they priced the cost of taking the exaMs. They also circulated a video under a TikTok user named Duma (nabil_alasmr), in which a masked figure is seen, with dramatic music in the background (in Arabic).  The spokesperson identifies himself as the military spokesman of the General High School and says: "Gather as many supervisors as you want.  We have prepared a variety of scams for you.  There is no failure after today.  A score of 8 is easier than drinking water."

In the profiles used by the defendants or any of the other conspirators, under the name Nabil al-Asmar, in different versions, they added a picture of Y.N.  Without his permission and without his knowledge of it.  In addition, take pictures of him with friends and relatives and more.

In the publications, the defendants and others related to them wrote a variety of matriculation exams, alongside the price demanded by the defendants, between ILS 50 and ILS 300 per exam.  The defendants added various phone numbers to contact them.

When the examinee contacts the defendants and the other conspirators, the examinee is required to transfer the payment in "cash on time" in the name of an ID card given to him by one of the defendants, and to present a reference.

After the payment, the defendants and one of the other conspirators arranged for the examinee to join a dedicated WhatsApp group for the relevant test, in which the defendants published the cheating plan some time before the exam.  During the exam, the defendants and some of the other conspirators in the group distributed the matriculation exams with a solution on them, and sometimes published a solution without the exam form.
