As can be seen, the indictment mentions three main vehicles, alongside the deceased's car, and in order to assist the reader in understanding the events, I will briefly discuss their details and history, which are not in dispute.
The Mitsubishi is a white Mitsubishi Outlander, which originally bore the license plate number 39-864-31. This vehicle was stolen from its owner, at 35 Yehuda Hanasi Street in Bnei Brak, on 8 June 2022 [the owner's statement P/30A] and on 8 July 2022 it was brought into Israel from the Occupied Territories through the Rantis Crossing by Ahmad Musrati and Muhammad al-Khatib [Hawk Eye photo - N/23, testimony of Ahmad Musrati - transcript of 19 February 2025 at pp. 251, paras. 23-31, pp. 266, 4-7]. On an unknown date following the day of the murder, the vehicle's license plates were replaced and duplicate identification plates of a similar vehicle were installed on it, so that on the day of the murder, the Mitsubishi carried the number 14-725-34.
The Toyota is a Toyota CHR vehicle that originally bore the license plate number 455-26-301. This vehicle was stolen from its owner, at 2 Har Meron Street in Herzliya, on March 15, 2022 [the owner's statement P/30] and on May 9, 2022, it was brought into Israel from the Occupied Territories through the Shilo Crossing by a person whose identity is unknown [Ein HaNetz photo - N/23]. On an unknown date before the day of the murder, the vehicle's license plates were replaced and duplicate identification plates of a similar vehicle were installed on it, so that on the day of the murder, the Toyota carried the number 871-01-302.
The Mazda - a Mazda CX-5 vehicle numbered 341-15-401, owned by Muhammad Abu Khalifa, which is indisputably in the defendant's regular use during the relevant period and in the weeks preceding it [Muhammad Abu Khalifa's statements P/146D, P/146E, his testimony in court, the testimony of the accused].
