As can be seen, the objective evidence collected not only does not support the defendant's version of events on Sunday night, but contradicts them head-on. The phone locations do not provide any confirmation of the meeting with Samer at Udai's home and the return of the phone at that time. On the contrary, at the relevant hours, the defendant is not prepared with Udai but with Samer, and it has been clearly proven that the defendant was aware of the SIM switch from 685 to 761, in complete contradiction to his version, not only at the stage of the police investigation, in which he admits that he lied, but also in his suppressed and up-to-date version in court. Thus, the evidence presented refutes the version of the encounter and the handing over of the phone to Samer on Thursday, as well as the defendant's claims regarding the return of the phone on Sunday. And if that were not enough, as will now be clarified, they also clearly testify that in fact the 685 subscription was in the defendant's hands throughout the weekend, in complete contradiction to his version that the phone was in Samer's possession during those days.
Conclusive evidence of this can be found in the telephone call that came out of subscriber 685 on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at 13:15, to subscriber 03-5599995 [P/73 - from a small claim, subscriber 685]. This conversation is conducted in south Tel Aviv, in a manner that corresponds to the defendant's travel route that day from Rishon LeZion to Abu Khalifa in Tel Aviv and later to Haifa. But this is not the main thing, but the fact that at 13:13, only two minutes before that call from the 685 subscriber, the 401 subscriber, the defendant's main subscriber who is always in his possession, received a WhatsApp message from his friend WhatsApp (subscriber 063) with a screenshot of contact details with two companies engaged in the sale of magnets, and the telephone number that appears in the photograph next to the details of one of those companies is 03-5599995 [P/187 - in the part dealing with the 401 subscription - section 3(j) and the raw material - Appendix M.K. 28].
