The combination of the aforementioned evidence, even in view of the fact that it is circumstantial and not indirect, leaves no room for doubt or even a shadow of doubt, and the only reasonable conclusion derived from it is that the defendant, himself and no one else, held a subscription number 685 on the day of the murder. This leads to another certain conclusion, according to which the defendant was in Mitsubishi during all the hours relevant to the incident, in the morning and afternoon of the day of the murder. The learned defense attorneys were, of course, aware of the far-reaching significance of the ability to place the defendant in the Mitsubishi at the relevant hours, and therefore devoted a great deal of effort in an attempt to point to evidence that refutes the conclusion regarding the defendant's presence in the vehicle. In the meantime, questions were raised regarding the manner in which the defendant arrived at the Mitsubishi in the morning, after it was not seen leaving the family compound, the manner in which the defendant might have returned from the Mitsubishi to the family compound after the murder and activated the step counter in the 401 subscriber, and regarding the absence of forensic findings linking the defendant to the Mitsubishi. Zero, as I have shown, there are indeed certain evidentiary deficiencies in the prosecution's evidence, and it does not necessarily answer every question and perplexity, but for each of the perplexities that arose there are reasonable and logical explanations that fit in with the evidentiary body that has been proven. Therefore, these perplexities do not weaken the strength and strength of the conclusions drawn from the evidence presented, as detailed above, and the conclusion that the defendant was in Mitsubishi stands firm.
Moreover, beyond the critical issue at the heart of the dispute regarding the defendant's location in Mitsubishi on the day of the murder, additional evidence was brought that weighs against the defendant, which strengthens and establishes his connections to the acts that took place on August 26, 2022.
