Summary of the charges and offenses:

On 26 August 2022, at noon, in the heart of a city, Arfafan al-Wahwah (hereinafter: "the deceased") was murdered by bullets fired at him at close range from the guns of two assassins.  The indictment attributes responsibility to the defendant as a joint perpetrator, along with at least three others, for the murder, which was allegedly committed under aggravated circumstances and together, against the background of an ongoing bloody dispute between the Musrati family and its associates and the Al-Wawah family and its associates.  The defendant and the others conspired to commit the murder, planned it in advance in detail, and in order to carry out the plan, they equipped, among other things, two stolen vehicles, a Mitsubishi and a Toyota, on which they were fitted with 'duplicate' identification plates of other vehicles, operational mobile phones and weapons with matching ammunition.
