Thus, the Mitsubishi car passed the deceased's place of work again and again, for a full hour, until at 12:23 p.m., the deceased's Hyundai car was seen leaving the parking lot of the Shagrir garage and turning right onto Hanaf Street.  Only 16 seconds passed, and the Mitsubishi was seen passing in the same place, in the direction of the Hyundai's travel.  A few minutes later, at 12:28 p.m., the Toyota is seen on the cameras of the Paz gas station leaving the dirt path that leads to the family compound towards the gas station and through it to Route 44 [P/46 - Assistance 1287 - Camera 6 file 3004 meter 13:53, Camera 7 file 3004 meter 14:02, P/47 - viewing report].  As it will become clear later, the purpose of the departure was to join Mitsubishi, which was constantly following the route of the Hyundai back in the direction of Lod.

The following visual footage is of the Hyundai, in the cameras of Ein Hentz at the Lod interchange, Route 40 to the south at 12:48:25 and at the Ginton junction of Route 40 to the south at 12:50:13 [P/78].  Two minutes later, at 12:52:47, the Mitsubishi was also documented at the Ginton junction of Route 40 to the south [P/76].  The statements of the deceased's son indicate that in the last minutes before the murder, the deceased managed to drop his son off at their joint home on Ben Eliezer Street, and then continued on his way, as he had done every Friday for the past two years, towards the cemetery, where he used to visit his brother's grave [Statements of the son Hillel P/27, P/28].  Before he died, the deceased managed to drive north in his car, to the roundabout, a few hundred meters from his home.

In those very minutes, the Toyota and Mitsubishi made their way from Route 40 to the scene of the murder, and their route was partially documented by the Lod Municipality's cameras.  At approximately 12:53:20, the Toyota is seen turning right at the Lod Central Junction from Route 40 to HaZionot Blvd., and about 45 seconds later, the Mitsubishi also turns in the same direction [P/1 - Camera 20-06].  The time difference between the two vehicles has closed, because the Toyota waits about 40 seconds for the green light at the traffic light at the corner of Zionism - San Martin, and turns left onto San Martin Street at about 12:54:40.  It is now separated from the Mitsubishi by one car.  The Mitsubishi completes the turn a few seconds after the Toyota and the two vehicles continue driving south on San Martin Street and enter the roundabout, with the same gap of a few seconds between them [P/1 - Camera 20-14, 20-3, 25-01].  The continuation of the event, from the entrance to the square until the completion of the murder, was described in detail above in the chapter dealing with the scene of the murder.
