Mitsubishi and Location 685
As may be recalled, the Mitsubishi was first documented on the day of the murder at about 7:05 a.m., arriving at the Rema Square in Lod at the same time as the Toyota, and from that time until about 7:33 a.m., it was documented encompassing the street where the deceased lived, driving through Rema, Ben Eliezer, Jerusalem Blvd., Gavriel andBen Gurion Blvd. In full match, a 685 subscription is available on the "Neve Alon" website, which accurately covers these areas both in the 7:10 call and in the following calls at 7:26-7:27, 7:27-7:30, 7:32 and 7:33:26 to 7:34:07.
In a parenthetical article, I will note that even earlier, at 6:56 a.m., a 685 subscription was scheduled on the "Judges Substitutes Ramle" website, which dominates the area of the Paz gas station and Mordechai HaYehudi Street, where the family complex is located. Ostensibly, this figure is consistent with the accuser's claim regarding the defendant's involvement in the acts, but the gas station videos did not identify the Mitsubishi leaving the direction of the family compound, through the gas station, to Route 44 and from there to the area where the Mitsubishi was spotted in Lod about 9 minutes later. The defense clings to this fact in order to try to convince that it was not the defendant who drove the Mitsubishi and used the 685 subscription that day. I will return to this point later in the judgment, and now I will return to the sequence of adjustments between the locations of the Mitsubishi and the locations of the 685 subscription.
Later in the morning, after the deceased and his son in Hyundai left for their workplaces in Holon, the Mitsubishi followed the Hyundai through the Ginton junction to the Lod interchange, and then returned to Lod, with the journey on this route lasting about ten minutes, from 7:35 to about 7:45. And here, in those very few minutes, subscriber 685 is set up in a 10-minute conversation that begins on the "Neve Yarek Lod 1" website, which covers Route 40, including the Ginton junction, and ends at the "Neve Alon" website, in a manner that corresponds, according to what is detailed on page 16 of the opinion P/75A, the route of the Mitsubishi and the findings of Ein Hentz during these hours at the Ginton junction and the Lod interchange. The findings of Ein Hentz continue to indicate that after returning from the Lod interchange, the Mitsubishi drives westbound on Route 44, passing through the Taavura junction and the Ramla junction at 7:48-7:49 a.m., and at the same time, subscriber 685 is located on the "Ramla North" website, which covers the area of the ice junction to the north, north of the traffic junction on Route 44. Later, the Mitsubishi arrives in Holon and is seen passing twice by the entrance to the "Szagrir" garage at 8 Hanafah Street in Holon, the deceased's place of work, at 8:01 and 8:04. At this stage, the reader will no longer be surprised to discover that the 685 subscription is available at 8:05 a.m. at the Holon Feld site, which covers Hanafah Street in Holon.
