At the outset, the defendant introduced himself and said that he was single, about 34 years old, without a permanent partner, independent in the field of construction moving, and the owner of a small business selling and buying gold. Regarding the Mitsubishi, the defendant claimed that he had never driven it, and when asked about the screenshot with the details of the Mitsubishi that was found on his phone, he claimed that from reviewing the investigative materials, he realized that Muhammad al-Khatib and Ahmad Musrati were transporting stolen vehicles from the Occupied Territories to Israel, and that they were the ones who asked him to check details on the Internet in order to transfer a stolen vehicle to Israel.
