And just as you are my mother-in-law and my mother-in-law... It's like our story."
In the process, the minor pointed to her biological mother and B. respectively.
- Later, the social worker spoke with the minor about the plaintiff (and the social worker said the following in the report:
"When I asked if she remembered the minor plaintiff, she replied in the negative...
When I asked if she would like to meet with her, she replied in the negative.
To my question why? She replied, "Because I don't want to"...
When I asked her what she thought would happen if she met the plaintiff, the minor replied, "Sad."
When I asked why it would be sad, the minor replied, "Because I will miss my family."
I emphasized to her that her family was still here, but the minor reiterated that she was not interested in meeting with the plaintiff and that she wanted to stay at home...
When I asked the minor again afterwards what she wanted,
The minor replied that "I didn't live with her, she lived in --".
What is it for you?
"She's nothing to me... What do I have to do with it..."
What do you remember from her?
"She bought me gifts that are broken. I don't remember.
Something like babies and I was 4 years old."
Why don't you want to meet her?
"Because I'll be alone. Without a mother and without a second mother.
It won't be the whole family in one slot at all. There are four of us. "
I tried to understand if she might remember you--- (because that's how I understand the defendant was sometimes called) and the minor replied , "She doesn't have a name for me..."
When I asked what she meant, she replied , "She's not a grandmother, she's not an aunt, she's nothing. Her name is Mimi or Titzi (while she laughs). What is her name... (Laughs) I don't remember her name at all...
I will stay with my family (while she hugs B)
I never go to her."
- The social worker notes that the minor's answers raised a number of questions in her, and the following are her words (p. 4 of the report, second paragraph):
"During the meeting, I got the impression that the minor was wrapped and loved in her home, running freely and was not hesitant and/or examining her surroundings when she heard what she said to me. At the same time, I was under the impression that the character of the plaintiff arouses in the minor something that is not clear at this stage until the end, and it seems that she has a certain memory about her.
