However, this narrative must be agreed upon by the minor's mother and include a process of separation from the plaintiff and her addition to the narrative as a character who was with her, under one role or another, at the beginning of her life.  To this end, the defendant and the plaintiff must transcend the dispute between them and recognize the mental and emotional needs of the minor continuously, uniformly and stable.  In my estimation, this is true whether or not a judicial parenting order is issued to the applicant in the case of the minor."

  1. It was found that in the absence of a parenting order, there is no room for determining joint parental responsibility, as the best interests of the minor indicate that there is also no point in determining time of stay. There is a point in processing the experience in the minor, through proper treatment, while preserving the positive image of the plaintiff in her life story.

In view of all of the above, the result is as follows:

  1. The claim for a parenting order ruling in family case 29823-03-23 is hereby dismissed.
  2. The claim for parental responsibility and time spent in the claims after the settlement of the litigation 22355-04-23 is also dismissed.
  • The defendant will meet with a social worker in order to receive guidance from her on how she should mediate to the minor the reality regarding her life story. The social worker will submit an update by November 30, 2025.
  1. In view of the complex circumstances, including the defendant's conduct, there is no order for costs.

Given today, 9 Iyar 5786, April 26, 2026, in the absence of the parties.
