It is evident that from the moment the discourse about the minor plaintiff began, she increasingly demanded the presence of her mother and B., and that from her words it emerged that she did indeed remember the plaintiff, but she did not have a clear narrative regarding the nature of the relationship with her, since she does not appear in her as a character who was with her in the first two years of her life. In addition, her firm opposition raises questions about the narrative she has heard over the years and since they parted ways."
- The following describes additional preparatory meetings she held in preparation for the meeting with the minor (pp. 4-5):
On August 3, 2023, she held another online meeting with the defendant and made it clear to her that she should express her support for the meeting in a more significant way.
On August 13, 2023, she held another online meeting with the plaintiff in which she shared her position with the minor, the plaintiff refused to accept the claim that the minor did not remember her or was not interested in contact with her, and expressed confidence that the relationship would be renewed when she met her.
- On August 16, 2023, the substantive meeting between the minor and the plaintiff took place in Beit Lin, which began with very significant opposition from the minor, as detailed in the report (pp. 5-6):
"After the defendant and the minor got out of the car, I met the minor, asked how she was doing, and tried to get her inside. However, the minor expressed strong opposition and refused to say goodbye to her mother and enter the center with me.The minor clung to her mother, and all my attempts to get her to enter the center were unsuccessful. The minor found it difficult to elaborate on her refusal to enter and it seems that she was in significant unrest.
The minor refused to say goodbye to her mother and made statements such as "Mom, I don't want to go. Well, I want to go home, I want to go to Grandma, I don't feel like going now. I don't go in, I never go in. I want to go to the car, now..."
