In the second interrogation, 16 July 2024 (P/10), the defendant told Interrogator Regev that he had watched the contents of a different appeal out of curiosity and had listened to different Dar'ar's songs ("Anashid"); On this occasion, the defendant was shown his WhatsApp correspondence with his friend named Tamer dated January 7, 2024 (P/21A, p. 6, para. 16), and when asked what the "frightening archive" he had spoken about with Tamer and why he refused to send Tamer the archive on WhatsApp, the defendant remained silent.  He later confirmed that he had spoken with Tamer about the contents of a different appeal, although he claimed that it was "jokes" and that there was no intention on his part to do anything in this regard.

In his interrogation the next day, on July 17, 2024 (P/11), the defendant again told Interrogator Regev that he had watched the contents of a different Dar'ar out of curiosity; that he used to make use of different Dar'ar proverbs with his friends, albeit by way of laughter.  Later, and in contrast to his first interrogation, he claimed that he did not support a different appeal and chose to remain silent and not answer the questions that confronted him between what he gave during the interrogation and the forensic findings presented to him during the interrogation.

In another interrogation conducted on 17 July 2024, by the so-called "Marco" (P/12), the defendant remained silent when asked what his friend Tamer would say if he asked whether he (the defendant) supported ISIS, and later stated that he did not know and that: "We have to ask Tamer."  In this interrogation, he said that since October 7 it has been difficult to be an Arab in Israel, and that this situation has caused him "mental difficulty, frustration and great pressure."

  1. Investigators Regev and Marco were submitted as evidence of their contents with the consent of the accuser, who waived their interrogation. From this it appears that in his first and second interrogations before the interrogator known as "Regev", the defendant admitted that he had begun to surf and in fact consume different content of the appeal 10 years ago; admitted that he supports a different Da'arar and the ideology of ISIS; He repeatedly admitted that he consumed different Dar'ar's content and listened to songs and hymns on different Dar'ar websites ("Anashid");

The defendant admitted that he had been talking to his friends about a different Da'arar organization, although he defined these conversations as "jokes," and confirmed his conversation with his friend Tamer in relation to what he called a "scary archive."  At the same time, he argued that the consumption of the contents of the appeal was purely curious, and in any case he had no intention of taking any action in these contexts.
