In his third interrogation by Interrogator Regev, Regev repeatedly admitted that he had watched the contents of Da'ar'ar differently out of curiosity; that he used to use different Da'ar'ar proverbs with his friends in the way of laughter.  As for his support for a different appeal, he did not repeat his confession and chose to remain silent.  During his interrogation by Interrogator Marco, the defendant again remained silent regarding his support for ISIS, and at the same time, shared his difficult feelings after October 7 and the great emotional stress and frustration he was subjected to during this period.

  1. The defendant's next two interrogations, one on July 17, 2024 (Exhibit 13) and the other on July 18, 2024 (Exhibit 14), were carried out by the ISA interrogator "Aya" (hereinafter: Aya), and were not submitted as part of the agreed exhibits file, but during her testimony in court on February 19, 2025.

In the interrogation of 17 July 2024 (P/13), Investigator Aya accused the defendant of conducting online searches on the subject of explosives, explosive belts and explosives, and that he had downloaded various files on these subjects, including guides for the preparation of explosives (para. 32).  The defendant, for his part, confirmed that he had downloaded the aforementioned files and manuals, but did so out of curiosity, when he said that he had not read a large part of these materials (para. 33).

As for his conversations with his friends, Tamer and Ahmad Flugheh, about ISIS, he repeated that he had claimed to the interrogators Regev and Marco that these conversations were "joking," and that he remained silent when the interrogator scolded him that it was not all a joke (paras. 40-42).

As to the performance of a 'bi'a', it must be said that this matter arose in the framework of Aya's direct question to the defendant – when did he perform 'bi'a', to which he replied that he did not remember and was unsure (paras. 46-47).  When she accused him that he remembered well, the defendant fell silent and then began to cry and told Aya about a crisis in his personal life; According to him, he hid from his wife that he suffered from a psychiatric illness for years until she discovered it and revealed it to her entire family, who pressured him to reduce the medication he was taking due to the disease.
