The defendant went on to say that over the years he had browsed the websites of an Islamic State; Because he always felt like a "second-class citizen" and after October 7 everything got worse for him and he began to have difficult thoughts.  In this context, he described to Aya the manifestation of racism towards him by Jews; He described a feeling of loneliness in view of the fact that all his friends live outside of Israel and that he is the one who is a source of support for his family and he has no one.  Aya's interrogation secretary (P/13) raised the following in the aforementioned contexts:

"The subject said that during this period after 07/10 he gave a 'bi'a'.

I asked the person in question to elaborate – the Rabbinate said, while answering the questions:

  1. In the period after 07/10, he gave a "bi'a," as a marriage permit to Caliph Abu Khafs, to one of his friends in Germany:
  2. The subject stated that in the period after 07.10 he gave a 'statement' to Madas.
  3. To the best of his memory, the subject gave the "bi'a" to the Caliph "Abu Khafs."
  4. The subject read the text to one of his friends in Germany – either Ahmad Fallujah (()) or Tamer(()).
  5. According to him, the subject does not remember the wording of the bi'a, and when exactly it happened.
  6. The subject replied to my question and stated that the meaning of giving a "bi'a" is support ("evaporation") in the Midas.
  7. The defendant explained that despite the 'wailing' and support, he had no intention of carrying out an attack or other violent activity.

I asked the subject what he thought bothered us the most.

The subject replied that the files of the UAVs and the explosives.

I told Lendon that he was right.

I asked the subject what he received from Tamer

The subject said that about two months ago, Tamer sent him a file in this regard, but he does not remember exactly what its contents were."

During his interrogation on 18 July 2024 (Exhibit 14), he was asked by Aya, to explain what led him to intensely surfing the websites of the Islamic State, to consume various materials intensively, and to make a statement.
