The defendant did not (according to him) remember the wording of the statement, nor the exact date on which he made the statement, but he knew how to convey that the meaning of the statement was – support ("evaporation") in the Midas, when according to him, despite the statement and despite the support for the Midas, he had no intention of carrying out violent activity.
In his second interrogation, Aya reiterated his obsessive consumption of various horror content, including combat content, since 2014, when videos began to be published that he said were professionally edited at a high level, such as "in Hollywood and aroused great curiosity in him"; The defendant repeated that he told Regev about his obsession and addiction to the content of the "Ra'ud" website, to browsing through the TOR application to which the Ra'ad website was referred, and to other consumption via the Telegram filter; and searches for "Anasheed".
In contrast to his silence in the second and third interrogations before Interrogator Regev regarding his support for ISIS, in his interrogations by Aya he confirmed his support for Da'ar'ar differently, when he admitted to making the statement and explaining that despite making the statement and despite his support for Da'ar'ar, he never intended to carry out violent activity.
His second interrogation (P/14) also shows that he did not give the statement to Ahmad or Tamer, but rather that he sent a message to Tamer according to which he (the defendant) had made a statement, and despite his attempts to locate her, he was unsuccessful. In this interrogation, the defendant again admitted that he had made a claim to "Abu Khafs" in the period after October 7 and since then he considered himself belonging to the Madas, and his explanations for making the statement, the content of which he claimed he did not remember, pointed to the radicalization of his views following the viewing of various Dar'ar content and videos from Gaza.
