the "TOR" application installed on the defendant's mobile phone (P/21, p. 1, findings);
Social networks: TikTok, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and in accordance with the defendant's statements in his interrogations (P/13, P/14) that he viewed the content through TikTok, Instagram and the "TOR" app.
Under the category that the defendant called "files for the year 2024", folders were found containing dozens of PDF files of the issues of the "Al-Naba" magazine of the Madas, some of the contents including executions, in accordance with the defendant's confirmation during his testimony that these files were found on his mobile device (p. 165, para. 32). According to the opinion, Al-Naba newspaper is the official weekly of the Islamic State and is published by the organization's Central Information Bureau. This information is consistent with the defendant's statement that he used to consume information leaflets summarizing ISIS's activities, to read the organization's content, which included, among other things, videos of beheadings and killings.
Under a password-protected file, in the folder under the category "Files of the Year" 2024, a file "Course on Poisons and Toxic People's Gases" containing 27 pages of poisons and their use was located (P/21, p. 2). The file was edited on behalf of the Islamic Information Center by Brother Abu Khadifa al-Shami.
Also under the category of files for the year 2024, a folder called "Preparation of Poisons" was located which, among other things, included about 12 different files under the title - Preparation of Poisons as follows:
- "Toxicology Course"; "Preparation of ricin poison"; "the poison of spoiled meat";
- "An easy idea to make poison gas"; "How to Fight Alone" ; "The Chloroform Poison";
- "Encyclopedia of Poisons 1-3" ; "Bioterrorism"; use of chlorine gas";
"Mustard Gas"; "Fosgen Gas";
- "Use of poison in an individual action"; "Cyanide poison"; "The nicotine drug".
The defendant's mobile phone (P/21, pp. 9-51, and P/21A, pp. 2-3) contained dozens of files dealing with the preparation of explosives, including a file entitled "Secrets of the Explosives", which includes:
- 25 pages dealing with technical details surrounding the production of IEDs; a "Course in the Manufacture of Adhesive Charges" file that includes 43 pages of detailed explanations for the production of IEDs, with the Islamic State flag appearing in the photographs; a 50-page file detailing how to manufacture IEDs;
- a file called "The Bombs - The Most Poisonous, Bad and Painful" which includes 24 pages about the preparation of explosives;
- a file called "Explosives Science" that includes 40 pages of explanations on how to make explosives;
- A file dealing with the "tactics of the inferno attacks" on behalf of the World Islamic Front for Jihad against the Jews and the Crusaders, with the flag of the Midras next to it.
Videos from the world of Madasi content (P/21), an MP3 file dated March 28, 2024, detailing its contents, as well as dozens of content downloaded from the Ra'ud website (p. 4) were identified;
