Files were found that were proactively downloaded, including pictures from the Madas attacks taken from the issue of Al-Naba, which include short-range executions, mutilated bodies, Da'ar'ar activists on Madas flags, bombings, and more (pp. 10-17).

The defendant's mobile device was found to contain a number of folders from the world of Mad Materials, titled "Victory from Allah and Occupation Soon"; "Attack on the bases of Al-Shahed the "Rapachi" P/21A.

A number of content downloaded from the Al-Ru'd website were identified, among others: a video of a sermon by "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi" and a video titled "And kill the collaborators (infidels) in the Khorasan Province."

Dozens of jihadist videos and songs and a large number of songs and videos of the Islamic State were found.

In another mobile device (P/22), dozens of Islamic media and global jihad content were located; an issue of "Al-Nababa" and a kind of  Salafi-jihadi "Manifesto Da'at" file  , and five files from the world of Madasi content were found.

The mobile drive (P/23) found, inter alia:

  • a folder containing the contents of the DSS, including "The Biography of the Prophet Muhammad";
  • a folder containing 64 official propaganda videos of the Madras, including beheadings;
  • a folder containing 99 files of jihad songs;
  • a folder containing 119 jihadist photos, most of which are related to Madras;
  • a folder containing publications on behalf of the MDS, some of which were intended for the manufacture of explosives;
  • TEITTER folder – containing 43 images, the vast majority of the contents of the DSS including beheadings;

The tablet (P/24) found, inter alia:

  • a folder containing 119 jihadist photos, the vast majority of which are linked to the Islamic State;
  • A book folder containing 13 files related to the manufacture of explosives, and a folder containing pictures of an execution.
  • In the browsing history, a search for the Wikipedia article "Explosive Belt" was found;

In addition, chats carried out by the defendant on the apps were identified, in which a number of millions of DSS were retrieved, including various variations of the giving of a 'statement' (P/21, p. 17), which establish the source of the defendant's knowledge of the formula of the statement and the manner in which it was carried out, as he would later recount in his interrogations with the ISA, and especially with interrogator Haim.
