The Court: I get it. So you said the sentence?
Defendant: This sentence specifically?
The court : Yes.
The Defendant: "That maybe I read it, that maybe I did, as if less or Read More That's the sentence I said, Yes. But it needs to be explained in a more specific way, this, and that's what I'm saying, that I wasn't given the opportunity to read the interrogation and explain 100 percent what I mean. What do I mean exactly, And what is the meaning of everything. When I had a chance later when I read the interrogations, I changed things, what exactly I mean and that. The defendant's explanations for changing his version that he was not given an opportunity during his interrogations to elaborate on the meaning of the "statement" that he made are inconsistent with the fact that the defendant admitted to making a "statement" in three separate interrogations and before various interrogators, during which he was asked to elaborate and expand on the matter of the statement, as explicitly stated by the secretary of his interrogation by Investigator Aya (P/13):
"The subject said that during this period after 07/10 he gave a 'bi'a'.
- I asked the person in question to elaborate – the Rabbinate said, while answering the questions:
- In the period after 07/10, he gave a "bi'a," as a marriage permit to Caliph Abu Khafs, to one of his friends in Germany:
- The subject stated that in the period after 07.10 he gave a 'statement' to Madas.
- To the best of his memory, the subject gave the "bi'a" to the Caliph "Abu Khafs."
- The subject read the text to one of his friends in Germany – either Ahmad Fallujah (()) or Tamer(()).
- According to him, the subject does not remember the wording of the bi'a, and when exactly it happened.
- The subject replied to my question and stated that the meaning of giving a "bi'a" is support ("evaporation") in the Midas.
- The defendant explained that despite the 'wailing' and support, he had no intention of carrying out an attack or other violent activity.
- In the period after 07/10, he gave a "bi'a," as a marriage permit to Caliph Abu Khafs, to one of his friends in Germany:
