Consciously, deliberately and systematically, the defendant followed the organization's activities, inter alia, through a unique anonymous network such as "TOR": he consciously and deliberately watched a wide variety of content (songs and various psalms of Dar'ar that he downloaded to his mobile phone, speeches and sermons by ISIS leaders; fact sheets edited by ISIS; Watch videos (among others: executions by beheadings, shootings; mutilated bodies, and extreme violence that is difficult to watch);

Consciously and deliberately downloaded content to designated folders that he opened on his personal devices – content and operative instruction files that he saved under a code and password; The defendant regularly used different terminology and terminology in conversations he had with his friends (some of whom were supporters and activists of different Da'ar'ar themselves) – all on a huge scale, very frequently, and over many years, beginning in 2014 until the date of his arrest.

Against this background, the defendant has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the ISIS terrorist organization.  He learned and memorized from the videos of a different Da'ar'ar how he should act in order to join the terrorist organization according to the organization's instructions, at an unknown date, when the time was ripe, and after October 7, 2023, the defendant performed a 'ba'iya' (oath of training) to the leader of a different Da'ar'ar organization, the formulation of which he gave to his interrogators in the police and to the court during his cross-examination.
