The sub-chapters of the opinion examine in detail the organization's methods of operation vis-à-vis foreign arenas, with a special focus on the unique characteristics of the interface vis-à-vis the organization's supporters in Israel.

At the heart of the opinion is the professional examination of the structural and cognitive change brought about by the Midras in the institution of the Bi'a.

The opinion clarifies that the organization has in fact changed the historical "rules of the game" and that the institution of "self-declaration" has undergone a transformation from a contractual act that requires interaction (whether physical or virtual) to an act of "self-assertion."

The opinion emphasizes that in the organization's view, the individual's declaration of allegiance to himself fully enhances the organizational affiliation, thus eliminating not only physical contact, but also the need for direct communication with a representative.  In this way, self-expression becomes the operative tool that establishes the status of the individual as  a 'member' of the organization's ranks, despite the absence of any human or digital contact with an external entity.

In the second part (pp. 10-21), we thoroughly examine the defendant's case, his ideological ideological doctrine, and the indications that he is a member of the Islamic State organization.

Another chapter examines the findings of the defendant's interrogation regarding the issue of the oath he performed; the scope of consumption of the contents of the appeal varied and the nature of the content found in his possession; The defendant's connections with the activists/supporters of Dar'ar are different and the characteristics of the discourse between them, which meet the criteria used to examine and identify clear supporters and activists of terrorist organizations.

In summary, it was found and determined: "All of these findings are sufficient to indicate the very high danger posed by the case, and to indicate in our understanding that the subject meets the criteria relating to his definition as an active member of the MDAS organization."
