The opinion shows that in the age of inspired terrorism, the organization is "everywhere" digital. Therefore, it is certainly possible to view a person who performs a "statement" in front of the organization's materials as one who performs the acceptance of a fixed offer, and when he does so, the moment in which he applies himself to the authority of the organization began.
- In support of the aforesaid and in order to simplify them, there is no choice but to further expand on the facts of the indictment in the form of a re-association with the opinion of the ISA expert, who, after an in-depth examination of the findings of the evidence found in the defendant's personal devices, determines that the combination of the defendant's ideological-ideological doctrine and his active conduct on the ground and the emergence of his interrogations shows that he is a clear supporter of the DSS who is a member of the MDAS organization for all intents and purposes.
An extensive chapter of the opinion was devoted to examining the indications that the defendant was a member of the Islamic State organization, which began with the clarification that the issue of "clear support" constitutes the "key" to defining membership in a different organization – with respect to the organization's supporters in Israeli territory, and is based on an unclosed list of criteria as follows:
- The consumption of the organization's content on the Internet (with an emphasis on the quantity and "quality" of the content) constitutes an action that constitutes in "uninstitutionalized" arenas such as Israel, to "absorb" the organization's official guidelines, in light of the different attitude of the supporters of Dar'ar in these arenas to the organization's propaganda channels, as the main means of absorbing the formal organizational directive;
2 . disseminating the organization's ideology in a way that encourages and expands the organization's activity, or an intention to realize this activity;
- A declaration of support for the organization – whether it is an oath of allegiance or a person who has declared his support for the organization and its ideological doctrine;
- Organization-inspired activity – a wide range of active activities (promotion/planning of military activity in the name of the organization's ideas, conducting military training, preparing for going to combat in the ranks of the organization, maintaining contact with officials, etc.);
- Translating the ideological doctrine of the Midastic ideology into actual terrorist activity on the ground/the intention to carry out this activity.
The opinion shows that the content of the propaganda constitutes, among other things, the "conduit" for conveying instructions and messages from the organization to the public that supports uninstitutionalized arenas such as Israel. The findings (the agreed evidentiary foundation) show that hundreds of DS content have been systematically consumed over a period of more than 10 years since 2014 and over a period of more than 10 years, including chronological content and violent and murderous videos that the defendant described as "Hollywood."
