Consumption of different appeal content

The consumption of the content, which was obsessive and up to the defendant's addiction as he testified about himself in court, combined with the type and content of the content, unequivocally show that he is  a clear supporter of the MDAS organization.

It was found that since the events of October 7 and the beginning of the Iron Sword War, the defendant's consumption of violent content has increased and intensified, and he has even switched to consuming this content from the Telegram channels of the TikTok platform (with an emphasis on "graphic" images from the Gaza Strip – dead children, corpses, etc.).  The defendant also increased the rate at which different Dar'ar content was consumed on the "Al-Ru'd" website by means of the "TOR" application, which is intended for encryption of browsing.

It was found that the defendant fulfilled his oath of allegiance to Khalifa Da'ar'ar Shuna ("Abu Hefetz al-Hashimi al-Qurashi") after 7/10 on October 7th, following the process of ideological radicalization he experienced at the time.

The opinion points to the connection and connection between the significant increase in the consumption of violent content by the defendant since the beginning of the Iron Sword War as a turning point in the radicalization of his ideological views - and the propaganda activity of Da'ar'ar since the outbreak of the war, in which the organization took advantage of the "spirit of the day" and the "murderous/ISIS character" of the Hamas attack, to convey messages calling for the promotion of activity against Jewish/Israeli targets around the world.  Framing the war in the Gaza Strip as a "religious war."

The opinion shows that messages in this vein had a profound effect on "devout consumers" of ISIS propaganda, such as the defendant, who took their ideological doctrine to the extreme and even concealed in the "translation" of these agendas into actual activity on the ground.

The opinion also found reference to the types of websites and channels to which the defendant browsed.  For example, the Al-Rud website, which is considered one of the main sites in the "Midas community," also uploads copies of the "Al-Naba" issues, and content describing the organization's ideological concepts and murderous activity around the world.
