Later in his main interrogation, Defendant 2 described his trip to the Occupied Territories and said that Muhammad: "He said that he had a car there to paint it, not to steal. A car put him in a garage in the Occupied Territories, I dropped him there and we drove off. Ibrahim and I went out from another place" (ibid., pp. 352, 30-31). Defendant 2 described that he drove to the Occupied Territories with Defendant 1 and Muhammad and dropped Muhammad off after they crossed the checkpoint and said: "Get me off here, I'm bringing a car out of paint. It's like there's a car for paint, I don't know." (ibid., pp. 53, s. 23). Defendant 2 was asked why he went to do "business" with Muhammad, who was years younger than him, and explained that after his brother's injury, the burden of the family fell on him and Muhammad said that he would replace his brother until he recovered, and therefore he joined Muhammad (pp. 354, 28 - 355 Q. 10)
Later in his main testimony, Defendant 2 described how Muhammad told him to arrive at the Lakiya gas station on 19 June 2019, where he and Defendant 3 waited until Muhammad and Defendant 1 arrived. Regarding the reason for the arrival of Defendant 3, Defendant 2 said: "Yand just escape, I told him to come with me for a round to get money, Hydro. He said to me, 'Come on, it flows.'" (ibid., p. 356, s. 6).
Defendant 2 went on to describe that Muhammad told him that he was going to steal the drugs 40 or 50 "bags" from the Al-Nabari family. (S. p. 356). The defendant went on to say about what happened at the Dor Alon station in Lakiya, that after Muhammad left, he said: "I'll be back soon." I'll call Younis, and I'll make a U-turn, follow me, we drove after him," he explained, explaining that Muhammad went out with Defendant 1, and he didn't know if Defendant 1 was with him when he returned, and then Muhammad directed them to a certain point in an open area to wait until he came back with the drugs. According to the description, defendants 2 and 3 waited at the waiting point (the meeting point), and Muhammad said he would come back and bring the hydro (the drugs). (ibid., p. 357, s. 27, p. 358, s. 14). After a period of waiting in the dark, Muhammad returned with the car, got out of his car together with Defendant 1, and they got into Defendant 2's car and Muhammad told him to "Go, go", and then the four of them, Muhammad and the three defendants, drove off, and when he began to drive he looked in the mirror and saw a flame and it may have been the car that had been set on fire by another person who remained there (ibid., pp. 59-60). According to Defendant 2's description, on the way back to the city of Lod, he and Muhammad began arguing, according to his description: "On the way I tell him what about the hydro, where is the hydro? What did you do? He said to me, "Go, go quickly, what do you want to hand me over to the police?.... Why do you travel on 120" (ibid., pp. 160, 12, 13).
