Moreover, during Muhammad's conversations with the informant known as "Bilal Rayan" who was put in his cell in the detention center (hereinafter: "the informant"), Muhammad told the informant many details regarding the fact that he had been assaulted by the deceased, a fact that was the motive for harming the deceased.
Thus, in a conversation between the informant and Muhammad dated July 7, 2019 (M.T. 264/19-1; P/16A), for example, Muhammad stated, among other things, at the beginning of the conversation, that "when I was 14 or 15 years old, the problem was that I was suspected of being the same person who cut me. I suspect this, it will be good, God willing, I will be able to get out of this story safely." (P/16A, p. 3, lines 2-9, and see also P/147, transcript of CD 1). Later in the same document, the informant asks Muhammad, "This person with whom you are in conflict with what kind of family he comes from" and Muhammad responds and mentions the name of the deceased "Abu Shuldom" (P/16A, pp. 7, Q. 30-32 and see also P/147, transcript of CD 1), it should be emphasized that even in Muhammad's testimony in his trial in a serious crimes case 20157-08-19, pp. 678-680, Q. 14, Muhammad noted that in the recording he is heard saying the name "Abu Shuldom" (P/162 A, p. 680, Q. 12-14). Later in the document, Muhammad also notes, among other things, "I was beaten three years ago... I'm suspected of beating us, I'm arrested for hitting me. Suspected of...". And when the informant asks him, "Oh, he was the one who was murdered," Muhammad replies, "Yes, I suspect him." (P/16A, p. 14, lines 24-26). Later in the conversation, Muhammad notes, among other things, "After three months, I leave the barbershop and they come like this... The prostitute's brother comes from the side, knocks me with a knife, he screws me with a knife and runs to them." When the voice actor Bilal Rayan asks him "who," Muhammad replies, "It's the one who died." (P/16 A, p. 15, line 29, p. 16, line 4).
