Continuing the conversation on B/16A, Muhammad says, among other things, "We don't get to the point of hitting a knife in the face, you know what a knife in the face is? Only to the police, only to those who were exposed, only to the covert...  A state witness (sic) a state witness, a knife in the face...  You are the one who stabbed (sic)  Apparently it should have been written "You ruined my life", Ya - Zalma...  Why would you come and give me a knife in your face, it would be good, thank God for everything" (P/16A).

Muhammad's words seem to show enormous anger at the deceased, who cut off his face and left a scar on it.

In addition, on page 65 of 16A, Muhammad adds, among other things, "the 14-year-old who banged me in the face."  (ibid., paras. 34-35).

Bat/17A (dated 7 July 2019, M.T. 264/19-1) asks Muhammad how long he has been through this blow, and Muhammad replies, "Three years on 17 December."  The informant asks him, "Did you get hit? When were you arrested on what date?" and Muhammad replies , "I was arrested on Tuesday, on Monday at three o'clock...  Yes, someone who died two weeks ago, probably if you were outside, you saw the video."  (P/17 A, p. 22, s. 37, p. 23, s. 6, and see also P/147 regarding the transcript of CD No. 2).

Moreover, in another conversation P/20A (dated 8 July 2019 - M.T. 264/19-7), the informant tells Muhammad that "religion forbids murder," and in response  Muhammad replies, "Unless you are right," and later adds, "I will ...  How can I tell you, he murdered me and I am still alive" (pp. 22, 27-32, and see also document P/147).

It should be noted that in the medical rehabilitation form document of Soroka Hospital dated 20.12.15 in the case of Muhammad, it is stated that Muhammad is 15.3 years old, he was brought to the emergency room after he was stabbed in a number of hotspots, in his body and in the face ... "A deep and long cut in the front of the ear/left cheek."

In addition, the deceased's father, Ibrahim al-Sa'id, who testified in court on 29 October 2020, said that there had been a dispute between his son and Muhammad, and that there had been attempts to conduct a sulha between the two and had been unsuccessful.  In his remarks, my late father noted as follows:
