"Adv. Yariv Zori:         You weren't.  Just tell us the things you know from what you know.  Regarding the dispute that your son had.

Ibrahim Al Said:          It's a conflict that happened four years ago, at the school, and it didn't close.  I thought it was closed.  My brother would take care of it.  But it didn't close.

Adv. Yariv Zori:           With whom was the dispute?

Ibrahim Al Said:          With Muhammad Hayman Al (unclear).............................

Ibrahim Al Said:          Until one day, Muhammad, came to our restaurant.  He began to threaten Wasim.  Wasim caught him outside, made a few scratches on him with a Japanese knife.

C.H. Alon Infeld:         Who did it to whom?

Ibrahim Al Said:          Wasim did to Muhammad.

Adv. Yariv Zori:           I get it.  And then were there any other attempts you made to talk to the family?

Ibrahim Al Said:          We sent a lot of respectable people from all the families.  Let us reach a sulha, let us reach an agreement.  We will pay for our mistake.  Heiman wouldn't listen, wouldn't answer, ........ And every time, when they met my son, if it was Heyman, the father of Muhammad and Muhammad, and they threatened him.  "The day will come and you will lose your life"

Adv. Yariv Zori:           That's what your son told you.

Ibrahim Al Said:          Yes.  "

It should be noted that in his testimony in court, Muhammad testified that there was a reconciliation between his family and the family of the deceased (14 February 2022, pp. 38, 12-19), and that he received money from the deceased's family in exchange for the injury caused by the deceased.  It was also noted that he also ate at a restaurant owned by the deceased's family as a sign of respect (P. 14 February 2022, pp. 253-254), but his words were not backed up by any evidence, even though he could prove it, without difficulty in presenting the names of people who were involved.  Moreover, his words stand in stark contrast to the explicit things he said to the informant during the dubbing conversations and other evidence that will be presented, so that no weight should be given to them.
