During the interrogation of defendant 1 in court, the defendant was referred to the fact that on his trip with defendant 2 and Muhammad to the Occupied Territories three days before the murder, he drove without a phone, and in his answer he replied, "I forgot my phone...  At home," and later when he was asked, "And the second time you went to Hura, did you forget the phone?" he replied, "It's normal that I forget the phone" (transcript of December 26, 2022, pp. 293, s. 22 to p. 294, s. 7).

Muhammad's "operational" cell phone used at the time of the murder and the places where it was located.

From the evidence presented in court, it can be learned that at the time of the murder and at the relevant times of the murder, Muhammad used a mobile phone numbered 050-2044287 (hereinafter: "Telephone 287").

The above can be learned, among other things, from a number of facts.  First, the evidence presented  contains SMS  correspondence between No. 287 and the phone held by Defendant 1's wife, Etidal Shahin, shortly after the murder, and in this correspondence Ms. Shahin searches for her husband (Defendant 1), who was at the time with Muhammad in Defendant 2's car (see P/98 in relation to the conversations of June 17, 2019).

It should be noted that in the media data output (P/160B) it is possible to see documentation that telephone 287 was equipped in the Hura area until 17:04 on the day of the murder, and thereafter, between 18:09 and 18:29, the device was equipped in the "Lahav South" area, and later from 19:11 it was again equipped in Hura.  Then, from 20:32, Device 287 is positioned in a northbound direction.

The fact that Muhammad chose to use a different phone than the one he regularly carries will provide evidence that it is an "operational" phone that indicates preparations to commit an offense.

Evidence that the Mazda vehicle was used to track the deceased's vehicle until the murder.

In photos taken from the Fig Checkpoint cameras, on 14 June 2019 at 23:41, the Mazda vehicle was documented
