Later, in a video taken from the camera of the Sami Al Naomi grocery store, the Ford is seen turning left in the roundabout in neighborhood 8, entering the parking lot of Shoket Bakery and parking in the parking lot perpendicular to the road, and the Mazda can be seen making a second turn in the same roundabout, slowing down as it passes behind the Ford car, continuing driving and exiting the picture.
At this point, the deceased is seen getting out of the Ford and entering the bakery.
About 40 seconds later (at 20:28), the deceased exits the mafia, and at the very moment of the deceased's departure in the direction of his parked car, the Mazda vehicle arrives again on the road and stops, with the side of the driver's car and the passenger behind the driver of the Mazda vehicle behind the back of the Ford vehicle. After about 10 seconds, a man was seen getting out of the passenger seat behind the driver of the Mazda and firing 3 bullets at the deceased (who was standing outside his car near the passenger window), and fled the scene immediately and without delay.
All of the aforementioned facts will prove that while the Mazda was driving in which Muhammad was driving (according to all the evidence presented below), the vehicle actually monitored the deceased's vehicle for the purpose of shooting the deceased, all as will be detailed during the hearing of Defendant 1.
Evidence of the burning of the Mazda car in which the murder was committed in the area where defendants 2 and 3 were waiting
In a summary report of a forensic investigation conducted by field investigator Elad Porat (P/140) on June 18, 2019, it was noted that on the said day at 19:35 he arrived at an open area north of Route 316 following a suspected arson incident, and located a completely burned vehicle that caught fire in the coordinates 31.30732-34.96559 in an open area (P/140-141).
An examination of the output of the Ituran Company relating to the vehicle of Defendant 2 shows that the vehicle of Defendant 2 in which Defendants 2 and 3 were located was at the said time (while waiting for Muhammad and Defendant 1) at point 34.9651, 31.306211. (P/159, pp. 19-20), and from this it appears that the waiting place was very close to the place where the burnt vehicle was located.
