There was no dispute between the parties that the distance between the place where the murder of the deceased took place in the settlement of Hura and the point where the burnt vehicle  was found is 5.5 km (according to Google Maps data).

Moreover, in CD P/150A, which is a transcript of a Western conversation, and in Exhibit A/151A, which is a memorandum drawn up by Sgt. Alhozayel dated July 30, 2019, the policeman states that on July 30, 2019, at 8:25 P.M., he was asked by the investigator Eyal Zeitun to go to the scene of the murder in the settlement of Hura and the place where the car used by the murder suspects was burned, and after being asked to do so, he arrived at the scene of the murder, activated the camera on his phone and documented his route together with the policeman Neve Avisror.  to the scene of the burning of the vehicle, when the travel time was 4.56 minutes (P/151, P/151A, P/152).

It should be emphasized that in a conversation with an informant (P/20A), Muhammad was asked by the informant whether the vehicle in which the murder was carried out had been seized, and in his answer he replied "burned" (p. 5, s. 2).  Later, the informant asked if the car that was burned where you dumped it..." And Muhammad replied, "No, far away...  Far away, far away..." (p. 12, paras. 1-2).

It is not superfluous to note that in paragraph 4 of the report on the handling of the crime scene conducted by the investigator, Tzahit Hazan Eitan, on 23 June 2019 (P/153), it is stated that a completely burned vehicle was found at the scene without identification plates, with a symbol on the trunk lid that appears to be the symbol of the Mazda company, and in the photographs attached to the report the vehicle is photographed completely burned.

It should also be noted that the exhibits P/120, P/121 and P/122 that were attached contain descriptions of civilians who identified the fire in the evening.

The evidence also includes an incident report and the opinion of Mr. Al-Ziadna Nayef, who is an expert in fire affairs in the Be'er Sheva Fire and Rescue Services.  Mr. Alziadneh describes that he arrived at the scene of the burned vehicle and it can be determined that the fire in the vehicle broke out as a result of arson, with open fire and with a very high probability with the help of a combustion accelerator to increase the fire in the vehicle.  The expert also noted that the location of the vehicle at the scene, the blurring of the chassis number, the lack of a license number, and the finding of the vehicle abandoned without an owner and the depth of oxidation in the vehicle indicate that "the fire in the vehicle broke out from ignition."
