All of the aforesaid facts will indicate that according to the plan that was formulated, defendants 2 and 3 were supposed to wait in a meeting area, while after the murder/bringing of the drugs, Muhammad and defendant 1 were supposed to arrive at the meeting point, and flee in defendant 2's car to the city of Lod.  It should be emphasized that even if this is a drug deal, (as the defendants claim) there can be no dispute that according to Muhammad's plan, defendant 2's car was prepared as an escape vehicle in the Hura area, and that this vehicle was used for the purpose of fleeing to the city of Lod.

Muhammad and Defendant 1 arrived at the gas station in order to create an "alibi".

After the murder was committed, about an hour after the murder was committed, as stated above, defendant 1 and Muhammad returned to the place where they had left their mobile phones in the Yoseftal-Lod area, and later immediately arrived with the phones at the Paz Yoseftal gas station in Lod.  Moreover, in the fourth photograph, 79-year-old woman, taken on 17 June 2019 at 21:35 (the photo was taken from Muhammad's phone), Muhammad is seen presenting a triple finger to the camera.

Photographs taken from the security cameras of the Paz Yoseftal gas station, dated 17 June 2019 at 21:34, show defendant 1 and Muhammad entering the gas station in a Toyota car.

In Muhammad's first interrogation on 2 July 2019 at 8:11 A.M., Muhammad was first asked if he had anything to say, and in his immediate reply, "I have nothing to say except one thing, you can check that I am in Lod all the time.  On the day a person was murdered, I was in Lod at a gas station."

Defendant 1, in his first interrogation with the police on July 2, 2019 at 2:32 P.M. (P/1), when asked where he had been about two weeks earlier, on June 17, 2019 at 8:30 P.M., replied: "In Lod ...  In the Banit neighborhood I can take you to the gas station where I buy cigarettes,...  And when I don't have cigarettes, I jump up and buy cigarettes and come back again because it's late and everyone is closed, and only the gas station is open and it's 3 meters away" (Q. 212-216).
