Details about the burning of the car, about returning to Lod from the Occupied Territories, about the fact that he was not stoned at the time of the murder, and about the escape to Jericho, Muhammad tells the informant additional details about the murder, including details about the burning of the car, about the escape to the city of Jericho, and about the fact that he was not "stoned" at the time of the murder. Thus, when the informant asked Muhammad whether he had thrown the burned car on the street, Muhammad replied, "No, far away.... Far away" (P/20, p. 12, paras. 1-3).
Muhammad also confirms to the informant that after the murder he fled with his father to the city of Jericho. (T 20a, p. 13, s. 27-30). Muhammad later confirmed the name of the deceased and said that they studied in the same class at the school (P/22A, p. 13, s. 18). Muhammad was also asked by the informant if he was stoned at the time of the murder and denied this by replying "nothing" (P/22A, p. 21, s. 9).
"Ready" details - During his conversation with the informant, Muhammad gives details that, according to the accuser, can be considered prepared details.
Thus, during the conversation, Muhammad referred to a video documenting the murder of the deceased (P/58 – which is indisputably posted on social media), and said, "I saw that there was someone who wanted to get into the car, ... Turned around and him, that's one. ... He comes out of the store and stands at the door of the car, talks to the person in the car and asks him if he wants to drink" (P/17A, p. 23 - 31-38 - my emphasis A.H.).
It should be emphasized that during the interrogation of the acquaintance of the murdered man, Mr. Ahed Abu Shuldom, at the police on 18 June 2019 at 01:08 (P/105), Mr. Abu Shuldom described the murder incident, inter alia, in the following words: "My brother called me and told me that he needed baguettes for our family's restaurant, I went out with Nissim (the first name of the deceased), I was driving a Ford Focus and Nissim was sitting next to me. We drove to the bakery, it's called Hura Bakery, I parked the car in front of the bakery's door on the left, I parked the car facing the door, not in reverse. I told Nissim to bring 20 baguettes and 2 bottles of drinks for me and him, he left and I stayed in the car. That's what we always do, we've done it many times, he goes inside, orders the baguettes and until the baguettes are ready in the bakery it's about 7 minutes and Nissim brings us drinks to the car, and it takes me money to pay for the baguettes and drinks. So he went into the bakery and brought me soda, I didn't want soda, I wanted coke, Nissim leaned against the window of the car on the passenger side and I sat with the driver's seat and we were talking about the soda and the coke that would replace the soda with my coke, and then someone came from the back with a car, parked the car behind us, and I heard gunshots. He was standing like that, in such a way with the car, that even if I wanted to run away, I wouldn't have access to escape, and then Nissim fell and I realized that someone had shot him." (Q. 31-42 - my emphasis - A.H.).
