Muhammad also did not mention once in his conversations with the informant a claim that he shot the deceased but did not try to murder him, but only tried to injure him.
All of Muhammad's words to the informant will show that the things that Muhammad told the informant were said spontaneously and authentically by a person who told his words freely and voluntarily.
During the court hearings, it was not claimed that Muhammad had a reason to incriminate himself, and to incriminate the defendants in the case, out of any interest in favoring the informant, impressing him, or appeasing him, or out of any other interest. It should be noted that Muhammad's words (as presented in this chapter) were consistent with the external evidence presented during the hearings, and his words were not found to contradict other evidence.
In these circumstances, all the things that Muhammad gave to the informant can be given very considerable weight.
Evidence of the presence of Mohammed's phone and Defendant 2's car in the same place when fleeing from the south
Among the evidence presented is exhibit P/67, which is an exhibit prepared by Policeman Yitzhak Sharvit. In the aforementioned memorandum, Officer Sharvit states that he made a comparison between the location of the telephone number 287, which was held by Muhammad, and the data of Ituran regarding the vehicle 37 9430771 owned by Defendant 2, which was suspected to have been used to escape the defendants and Muhammad to Lod. The comparison was made on 17 June 2019 and it was found that at 21.01 on the same day, the telephone was found in the area of the settlement of "Nachala" and that the vehicle of defendant 2 was at that time in the case of No. 34.814914,31.622161, which was also on Highway 6, at an aerial distance of approximately 876.47 meters from the settlement of "Nachala". This fact will strengthen the conclusion (which is actually agreed) that Muhammad did indeed travel in defendant 2's car after the murder on the way to the city of Lod.
